SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7 Expressing support for                                                
Vancouver, British Columbia's, bid for the 2010 Olympic Winter                                      
Games and the Paralympic Winter Games, was read the second time.                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and                                   
placed on final passage.
